Moving Into a Smaller Place

Going from a house to an apartment means not everything is coming along, and that's normal. Start sorting a few weeks out. Keep what you use, donate what you don't, and be honest about the rest. Sketch the new layout if you can. If a few things are left over that you can't part with yet, ask us about temporary storage. Don't rush this part. Decisions made in a hurry on moving day are the ones people regret.

PACK A MOVE-IN ESSENTIALS BOX

Pack one box or bag that you carry yourself. Phone chargers, toiletries, a change of clothes, medications, a kettle, a few dishes and some toilet paper. Boxes get buried fast in a small space, and you'll want those basics within reach. Label everything else by room so it lands in the right spot straight away.

FAQs

Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions about Apartment & Condo Moving
